Once it has rebooted, try logging into the web interface using the password admin.ĮDIT** Apparently since the 3610 they have removed 24 30 option. Once you hit yes, after it finishes processing, hit the CA key and the machine should restart. If memory serves me correctly, you hit the execute button, then the yes button and it will then reset the password back to admin. You should see something to the effect of admin password reset with yes > no and execute. From here hit the numbers 24 and then hit the black and white copy button (The button used to make copies) and then on the next screen hit the numbers 30 and hit the copy button again. You should then be in what they call simulation mode. In order to do this at the machine hit these buttons one after another: # * C * You will need to go into test commands to reset the password to factory default.
